OMSPatcher gives wrong version 13.9.5.11.0 instead of 13.9.5.12.0

Hi

I have downloaded

Patch 19999993: OMSPatcher patch of version 13.9.5.12.0 for Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5.0.0.0

 When I install (unzip) and check version however:

[oracle@edsn-cloudcontrol-01 home2]$ OMSPatcher/omspatcher version

OMSPatcher Version: 13.9.5.11.0

OPlan Version: 12.2.0.1.16

OsysModel build: Tue Apr 28 18:16:31 PDT 2020


OMSPatcher succeeded.


Any ideas? Just a simple bug?
