spelling error in April 2023 Critical patch for Linux x86-64

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

trying to install Patch 35058163: COMBO OF OJVM RU COMPONENT 19.19.0.0.230418 + DB RU 19.19.0.0.230418 but when I run opatch prereq CheckConflictAgainstOHWithDetail it returns a message that "/u01/app/oraIneventory.old/etc/config/actions" or "/u01/app/oraIneventory.old/etc/config/inventory" does not exist.

You'll note that oraInventory is spelled incorrectly.

Has anyone else seen this? How did you get past this issue?
