Expense EFT Notification Displaying Wrong Employee's Emails

AP Tech ran Expense ETF Notification interface it ran successfully however the emails that was displayed were not that of employees, the emails were unidentifiable. We think the Expense EFT Notification job is broken. Is there a way to troubleshoot or a work around?
