Department Budget Table

My payroll admin let me know she was unable to find the department budget info for a certain department she was to make changes on. I have a department budget table row for said department that I can see in our database, I was querying directly from the table. However when I get on PS HCM and navigate to (set up hcm>product related>commitment accounting>budget information>department budget table USA), I cannot locate the department. I see it exists in the database, but when I try to retreive the info based off the DEPTID, it returns nothing. If I press the search
