Why UDC 06/TX missing new 2023 CPP F5 Enhanced Portion UDC Value & Description?

We are on the current release of E1 9.2.5 with Vertex 4.4.7 that is geared to handle the new CPP calcs in 2023. Payroll calculates the new F5 value for the new CPP element but when you use the visual assist for Tax Type, there is no Tax Type "F5" value in the UDC 06/TX and there is no description for it either.

When you go into Canadian Payroll Tax History Inquiry, the F5 value appears in the history displayed but again the record has no description (it pulls from the same UDC 06/TX).

Is there a process step / UBE or special instruction that we missed to have the F5 value populated into the UDC06/TX with that Vertex update? We can add it manually to the UDC but would rather have update via a UBE? Thanks.
