How to implement different exchange rates by country

Hi,

I need to implement daily exchange rates, but the ones used in Europe (provided by ECB) are not the same as the one used in Mexico. So when I enter MXN to EUR, I do'n't want the system automatically calculate EUR to MXN.

Is there any way ho to handle different legal exchange rates?
