How to Identify the Create/Update Events from supplier Payloads

We have configured Supplier Outbound Sync service in ERP, (WSDL approach)- and we are getting the events to OIC whenever supplier gets created/Updated.

However once we check the payloads -we are unable to identify in

the payload whether that is for Create/Update.

We need to integrate our supplier sync to a third party WMS

application (not Oracle).

If someone provides input/suggestion here would be helpful.
