I'm Missing section "Top ADDM Findings by Average Active Sessions" from Summary report in AWR


My AWR report is registering the activity in swingbench, but the "Top ADDM Findings by Average Active Sessions" is missing from summary report!

The section is totally missing!


In the end of AWR report, there is an ADDM Task section that says

"There are no findings to report."


show parameter statistics_level is ALL


logged in "/ as sysdba"


Oracle 12c 12.2.0.1.0 (yes it's old), Non-CDB database, normal storage

Linux 6.10


Has anyone come across this issue before?
