Shipping docs for Outside Operations - OO

Hi All,

I want to know what kind of shipping documents companies are using when they ship out materials for outside services using JDE outside operations process. Are there any recommendations from Oracle? Like for sales order, there are picking and shipping docs so the shipment dept would know exactly what they are picking and shipping but in case of OO to send out material for outside services what kind of docs they should use for picking/shipping and when receiving back from the vendor?
