OEM 13.5 April PSU Patches

Hi Experts,

I have upgraded my OEM environment from 13.2 to 13.5 recently and I have to patch to the latest April PSU, could you please share the Doc ID or patches to be applied for this release, do I need to update the plug-in's as well along with PSU Patches ?
