In Oracle EBS , user attach documents affect performance.

We are using Oracle 12.210.

In different modules like work in process, quality, purchasing, etc , we are attaching different documents. These documents gets stored in Oracle database and affect overall system performance.

Is there any Oracle seeded provision to just keep pointer in EBS and actually store docemnt on another server or cloud,etc.
