Double Forecast Consumption

Oracle Products : Oracle E-Business Suite

Versions : R12.2.5

Question :

I have a problem in forecast consumption.

The problem is, there is a duplicate consumption by the same sales order with the same line.

the forecast bucket type = weekly , Backward Days = 365 , Forward Days = 10

Step1 : create a forecast , forecast date = 2023/06/05 , 3000 PCS

Step2 : create a order_A , schedule ship date = 2023/06/05 , 1400 PCS

Planning Manager consumed forecast 1400 PCS , the forecast remain 1600 PCS.

Step3 : change order_A , schedule ship date = 2023/06/22 , 1400 PCS.

Planning Manager consumed forecast 1400 PCS , the forecast remain 200 PCS.
