Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Alternatively, you can opt to create a new Oracle account that uses your corporate email domain.

Hi

testing ECC on 12.2.10 and I've run into a bit of a wall.

All's good with the centers - generating data, viewing charts etc.

Except for 2 things that no matter what I do I can't see the solution.

~~Personalise Page - this is not appearing under settings. I've changed my personal profile and have even set the personalise workbench to no at a user level but it does not appear.~~

ECC Developer - I've assigned the responsibility to myself using Sysadmin and User Management - but it is not appearing in my list of resps. I've even issued a grant to myself for ECC Developer - but again no luck.
