how to share the same customer account number among OU ?

hello,

i am on oracle EBS 11.5.9 and i would like to share the same customer account number among my OU without using the merge functionnality (because the merge functionnality do it customer by customer) whereas i would like to have a common customer master data shared between all my OUs.
