Cannot get users from MSAD directory on Shared services Console.

Hi,

On Shared services Console cannot get users from MSAD directory.

I change the Hostname for MSAD Connection and test connection is successful then try find users from MSAD directory is respond Error "EPMCSS-00712 : Failed to get users from directory .... Error connecting to url null. Connection refused: connect. Verify MSAD user directory configuration.

Hyper planning 11.1.2.2.500

Could you please help how to fix the error?
