I have been backing up my (local) EM system via "emctl exportconfig oms" for years.

I just recently had to rebuild a (thankfully development) EM system from scratch due to several issues.

When I re-installed the software, and reapplied the exportconfig data, I found that the certificates for my Management Connector were not among the files in the exportconfig. Those are under gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/config/b64LocalCertificate.txt and exportconfig only backs up gc_inst/user_projects.

What can I do to close this apparent gap in exportconfig, and why doesn't exportconfig take those certificates (and other site important files under gc_inst/em ) into account?
