BULK REPORTING Saved Query rolling date

OTM 6.5.1 on premise

I want to run bulk reporting to generate today's shipment bills of lading at 1am the day of the shipments. When you setup bulk reporting you have to use a saved query that has use in finder checked or it does not show up on the Saved Query drop down on the Bulk Reporting setup page. From what I can tell in Saved query you can't assign sysdate to have it roll to the day when it is running. I tried unchecking use in finder on the saved query and changing the query to sysdate and then
