iPads not displaying Visual Assist on Tools 9.2.5.3 in Chrome or Safari
Details - we are using JD Edwards 9.2 Tools 9.2.5.3. We have an application that runs on Chrome or Safari on iPads. When the user enters into the app, they do not have the ability to drill down into Visual Assist, if they have upgraded to the latest iOS 16.4.1 on the iPad. Clearing browser cache does not help. We are upgrading to tools 9.2.7.1 later this summer.
Questions:
--Is there a way to use Visual Assist on an iPad with the last iOS, on tools 9.2.5.3?
--Is there a work around for the F2 hot key on an iPad (which don't have function keys out of the box)?
