archiveadm create: Unable to revert packages. Please check publishers

Hi,

I inherited some solaris servers. The guest LDOM OS version is 11.4.23.0.1.69.3 and has 6 running zones.

I am trying to create a uar of 1 zone running in this LDOM. I keep getting the same error message with various options, the last try included --dehydrate :

root# archiveadm create -z myzone1 -e --dehydrate /nfsdir/myzone1.uar

The listed publisher has worked in the past on an LDOM using the same hardware as this LDOM. The proxy is set correctly in the publisher and in the env; tested by pulling a random internet web page.
