Is that a new update in new version?

Hi Guys

We are moving to 12.2.10 from 12.2.5. I'm facing an error in 12.2.5 on move transactions form (Failed validation. Quantity must be less than or equal to Available to transact) however in 12.2.10 when I perform move transactions WIP Issue form opens and component items are highlighted red against which on hand quantity is short. So please confirm is it a new update in 12.2.10. I have selected supply type as operational pull.
