Does PeopleSoft questionnaire framework offers "Save for later" option ?

We are on PS HCM 9.2 PUM 41. We are trying to create questionnaire framework and activity guide based survey and have a few questions about design implementation:

1) Does questionnaire framework / activity guide provides an option to save the survey and do not submit it so that user can come back next day and resume the survey from where it was left ?

2) Can an ADMIN view submitted survey details on a page ?

3) Does PS have any delivered query or report to view results of the survey ?
