Is there a way to audit when the last time P6 EPPMs license were used to sign in?

P6 EPPM 21.12

We want to audit our licenses and reassign those licenses that are assigned to users that have not used the application in several months, as they are likely to have transferred into another department that doesn't utilize the application at all. I am looking for a report or possibly a SQL query that will show the last time each user authenticated with that login, so I can draw a "line in the sand" and say, "OK, if you haven't used P6 in X months, you don't need it and therefore we are revoking access."
