Installed 19.3 base and Patch to 19.19 with Patch 35042068 - Database Release Update 19.19.0.0.23041

Enterprise 19.3 patched to 19.19 on Linux NAME="Oracle Linux Server" VERSION="7.9"

There was a warning with that patch:

                  OPatch found the word "warning" in the stderr of the make command.

                                   Stderr output:

When I ran DataPatch, it complained about :

[]$ ./datapatch -verbose

/app/oracle/product/19.19.0.0/sqlpatch/sqlpatch: line 101: /app/oracle/product/19.19.0.0/perl/bin/perl: No such file or directory

The files are not there so I assume the patch is messed it up. I was going to go with 19.18 but I wanted to see if anyone else had the same issue.
