Is there a functionality around FOB enhanced in Sourcing? How do you take the goods ownership

Is there any functionality available on FOB, like taking ownership of good at the time of Supplier creating ASN and Paying supplier based on Ship-date price not on need by date.

Did anyone come across this kind of requirement?
