Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Installing oracle 19c should I patch before 1st database creation

I am Installing oracle 19c (19.3) should I patch before 1st database creation. There are patches as high as 19.18.

Doesn't it save time as the database would just be crested at the 19.18 level instead of 19.3 or am I wrong?
