Supplier Portal and strategic sourcing

I see there is a record that stores bidder government classifications, SUP_OB_GOV_CLAS. It seems the only way this records gets populated is through bidder registration process (if configured to expose those fields). I don't even see a way for the bidder to update this after registration.

Is there an internal page that we can update this information? This info does not display on the add/update bidder page.
