Node manager will not start as a windows service

Hi Community,

I've installed Weblogic Server and Infrastructure on a Windows 1016 server. The node manager would not start as a windows service with error "weblogic.nodemanager.common.ConfigException: Native version is enabled but node manager native library could not be loaded". It starts using startNodeManager.cmd. I modified nodemanager.properties changing NativeVersionEnabled from true to false and the nodemanager now starts as a service. I have other servers where NativeVersionEnable=true does not present a problem.

Any thoughts as why this is occurring on just this 1 installation would be greatly appreicated.
