How to solve continuous hanging of expdp?

Oracle RDBMS 19.3.0 on Linux.

Datapump export hangs with no advance with status:

 Process Name: DW00

  State: UNDEFINED

Alert log show no clues, only start of job:

DW00 started with pid=106, OS id=1404762, wid=1, job DBA_BACKUP.SYS_EXPORT_FULL_01

A restart of instance solve the problem for a couple of days but the incidente rises again.

We have others database instances in same server but this happens with this particular database only.

Any help to find and solve the root cause for this problem?
