Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I'm upgrading both an Oracle 18c and 19c Standard Edition 2 into Oracle 21c Standard Edition 2 in a Windows Server.

These Oracle components are currently disabled (Status of OPTIONS OFF) in my database.

How can I safely deinstall these components from both 18c and 19c before I start the autoupgrade?
