Child table is not refreshed properly on Master - Detail relationship in OAF

Hi Team,

We have created one custom page in OAF with Master-Detail relationship. On click of update icon and back to main page. Child table is not refreshed properly. At very first time, changed records populated correctly in child table. Next time, refresh is not happening properly.

Please provide some suggestions to resolve this issue. Thanks
