How to Submit Concurrent Request after completion of Receiving Transaction Processor

We are using EBS 12.2.10 with database 19c (19.10.0.0.0) our requirement is to submit a concurrent request after completion of Receiving Transaction Processor which is submitted for receiving of PO or IOT. I think one way is to use request set but I am not sure how it may impact other system operations. Any guidance or suggestion will be appreciated. What could be the correct way to submit request?
