How do I safely remove an unused KVM cluster as well as its storage on an X8-2 Exadata rack?

I have attempted to follow the guidelines provided by the following link but I feel I need to confirm if this is all that's required to completely remove a oeda deployed cluster:

If anyone can confirm the correct sequence of steps to achieve a successful cluster removal (including all the cluster attributes, e.g. storage) it would be much appreciated.
