Latest UEK does not support oracleasm

Documentation I am following is below. :

However, I have come to find out that the latest UEK version does not support the oracleasm module and that in order for us to use it we would need to install an earlier version in favor of io_uring?


Has anyone else run into this issue? If so what alternatives can we use that is supported by Oracle?

I have an SR open for this as well and it has been recommended to use an older version of the kernel but that won't work for us.
