Can link be created between two Transient BCs' ?

Using Siebel Financial Services IP22.1.

Need to create relationship between two TBCs to display corresponding data from Muti-record TBC(Task List Applet) into Single record TBC(Task Form Applet) while stepping off between multiple records in Task List applet. Single record TBC is based on class: CSSBCTaskTransient and Multi-record TBC is based on class: CSSBCTaskTransientBase. Please advise.
