Peoplesoft project to project allocation

We are trying to setup project to project allocations and would like to load the target and offset to intfc_proj_res than proj_resource. The system lets us choose the intfc_proj_res as a target table, however it fails when we specify the interface ID saying that "Field INTFC_ID is not defined in Target Temporary Table ALC_PC_T_TAO". we tried looking up the existing TAO tables for allocations and none of them seem to have this field include. However, peoplebooks says this table can be used for allocations. Has anyone used allocations using intfc_proj_res table? if so, can you give us
