Remote Worker

We are installing Remote Worker in 9.2 . We are currently on image 043 and just building a package to pull in all the enhance or fixes to Remote worker. My question is we were currently collecting data for a 100 of where they are at. When you request hybrid you can only enter 1 percentage. Are companies only caring if more than 50% and are you just assuming where the other percentage of their time is?
