Flexible File Definition - Not in E1?

My client was asking how he could have the F4201.URRF data copied to the F42019 history table. There used to be programs (at least I am remembering this from the 90's!) where you could define what fields you wanted data copied from. Flexible File Definition is on the Adv. and Technical menu but the details say "Empty". I'm searched for interactive apps, UBE's and the Oracle website and can't find any mention of this functionality. Was this only in World? Any ideas on how he could get this data copied over outside of SQL?
