EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC)

Bucket created but it is not showed in WINSCP (structured folder)

I have created a bucket to leave the files of a BI process in Oracle Cloud. The folder is shown in the PaaS but when I try to see it in the WINSCP I don't see it but the rest of the buckets do.
