Siebel 21.7 Inbound Webservice call failed/timeout

Hi Expert

We are getting below error in siebel 21.7 in Inbound rest webservice call

Error :com.siebel.swsm.sessmgr.UIConnectionModule:getSession unable to retrieve a connected session : Siebel property provided in AI profile is incorrect.Provide valid value for this property

com.siebel.swsm.connmgr.SessionConnectionMgr:createNewSession unable to create session: Error occurred while trying to re-establish connection with server .tha task has either been shutdown or timed out

RROR https-jsse-nio-8443-exec-109 RESTInboundDefault-RESTConnectionMgr:setpoolsParams the value specified for Maxconnection in AI profile is invalid, specify a valid value 

Invoke service unable to return connection connection doesn’t exist 

Unable to call web engine interface service com Siebel om sisnapi request exception
