Customer Support - Agent Dashboard Copy Service Request

Once a Service Request is created,when user creates a copy of Service Request through 'Copy Service Request' functionality in in the Agent Dashboard,it doesnt copies Service Request Summary and Flex field values.

Any Idea how can we copy the Fexfield values.Any setup is missing?
