Equipment Loading Length

Hi Fellow OTM ers,

Need some insight on Equipment Loading Length RBI. On another thread, it is recommended that, to implement Loading Meter rating, one should use Equipment Loading Length RBI.

However, there is no much information on how this works. It is also suggested to look at the TOI for 6.1 where this was introduced. Cannot find a link to that either.

Any insight on the TOI material or how it is implemented will be of much help.
