Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. we face twice time a day blocking session from end user, display keep processing and I kill the PID

How to take full debug

how troubleshoot blocking field/table f0911, f4312 tables

If recycle kernel PID doesnt resolve the blocking

What task should I do to resolve from data base?
