How to create a Line Item Data Picker Data Element

We're on Unifier Version 23.2. I've seen the documention reference a BP Line Item Data Picker but I cannot actually find it as a data definition to use.

Does anyone know how to actually create a line item data picker data element? From the documentation I understand the configuration part, just struggling to create one to use...
