Schedule a Business Service without calling from WF

Hi, We have RCR to schedule WF's in Siebel. I am wondering if there is any way to schedule Business Service in Siebel. In some cases for PROD issues we fix client side BS and want to schedule this BS to execute every 1 hour.

In RCR we dont have option to schedule a BS. So wondering if any way to schedule a BS?
