Version - 23.4

Hi,

We want to install Siebel 23.4 in local windows machine to have a look and feel of new siebel version and see the features. Since there is no sample database with the installables. We are trying to have a same sample db setup that was done in Siebel old versions like 8.1. Can you please tell us if it is possible with latest Siebel versions or not.
