Can ECC V9 upgrade.sh be re-run after upgrade Patch 34203874 replaced with Patch 35216323 ?

ECC V9 upgrade from V7 to V9.

Project started in February 2023, and DEV and TEST have been upgraded by Patch 34203874

PROD upgrade scheduled at the end of this week and now DOC ID: 2905424.1

Change Log shows that patch to be replaced:

27 March 2023: In Section 3 and Appendix C, replaced Patch 34203874 with Patch 35216323.

I am reluctant to upgrade PROD with the new patch without testing it first on DEV and TEST.

What is the procedure to apply V9 Patch 34203874 when 34203874 has already been applied ?

Is it safe to Follow instructions as stated in Doc.?

There is no BUG list in patch README, and if this was an EBS adop patch, the procedure is known, but see no instructions to re-apply an ECC upgrade patch.
