Can we customize Manual Move Order Allocations ?

Version: R12.2.8

We have manual move orders creating by users and those move orders has to be auto allocated by the API

Auto allocation with API is working fine with oracle way of allocation but we would like to input the Sub inventory and Locator to be allocated

I could see can to input Sub inventory and locator to the API , how this can be achieved?
