Transfer items from one company to other company

Hi, please share us the possibilities of the below.

What options could be used to transfer items from one company to other company along with its inventory/cost/price? Say we have item ABC which is in company 0011 and we need that to be transferred to company 0012 along with its existing QOH/price/cost?

We could use Z files to transfer items but not the quantities so please suggest.
