I am loading data through FBDI, however, the non english characters are being uploaded as junk.

I am loading the Install Base assets through oracle provided FBDI. There are non english characters present in the data. These characters are getting loaded as Junk or '?' characters. How do we load these non english characters into fusion through FBDI. Please let us know any inputs on this.
