AIX7.2 RAC 19.16 run ./ahf_setup-AIX HANG without version upgrade

in AHF - Autonomous Health Framework (TFA - ORACHK) (MOSC) Question

AIX7.2 RAC 19.16 in node1 to run  ./ahf_setup-AIX HANG without version being upgraded

following the readme ok to run:

# openssl dgst -sha256 -verify ./oracle-tfa.pub -signature ./ahf_setup-AIX.dat ./ahf_setup-AIX

Verified OK

However, got HANG on running the command:

# ./ahf_setup-AIX

just control-C to break the setup. then found files

found the leftover files:

/tmp/.ahf.9699958/oracle.ahf

/tmp/.oracle.ahf.lck


# tfactl status

WARNING - AHF Software is older than 180 days. Please consider upgrading AHF to the latest version using ahfctl upgrade.

TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running

#


Q1) Any hints to proceed re-doing such installation by removing above files?
